Welcome to Ashish Research Analyst. By signing up, registering an account, purchasing subscription plans, or using our advisory features, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully.

1. Scope of Advisory Services

Ashish Research Analyst is a NISM Certified Research Analyst (RIA). Our advisory recommendations are based entirely on the information (financial goals, risk profile, income details) provided by you during onboarding.

We do not invest money on your behalf, nor do we handle client funds or securities directly. All recommendations are advisory, and the final decision to execute investments lies solely with you, the client.

2. Eligibility and Onboarding

To register as a client and receive paid advisory services, you must be a resident of India, aged 18 or above, and hold a valid PAN card. You must complete the mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) and risk profiling assessments before receiving active recommendations.

3. Advisory Fees and Billing

• Advisory plans are billed in advance as per the subscription tier selected (Pro, Premium, Elite).
• All subscription purchases are valid for a duration of 90 days. We do not support mid-term cancellations or partial refunds.
• Consultation credits included in active plans must be used within the validity period of 90 days. Unused credits expire and do not roll over to subsequent renewals.

4. Risk Disclosure

Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. There is no guarantee of returns or capital preservation. Past performance of any recommended fund is not necessarily indicative of future performance. Ashish Research Analyst is not liable for any financial losses arising from investment decisions made based on our recommendations.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Share your credentials or advisory recommendations with unregistered third parties.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass security features of the Ashish Research Analyst platform.
• Re-publish our research reports or proprietary recommendations for commercial purposes.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these terms, act in a hostile/abusive manner towards advisors, or provide fraudulent KYC details.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
