Ashish Research Analyst is registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as:

  • Registered Investment Adviser (RIA): Registration No. INH000000000 (Validity: Perpetual).
  • Research Analyst (RA): Registration No. INH000000001 (Validity: Perpetual).
  • AMFI Registration Number (ARN): ARN-000000.

2. Disclosures on Affiliation & Conflict of Interest

  • Fee-Only RIA: We operate as a fee-only advisor. We do not receive any direct or indirect brokerage, commission, trail fees, or rebates from AMCs, distributors, or other product sellers. Our recommendations are completely direct plan based.
  • Research Reports: Recommendations or research updates compiled inside the "Research Reports" page are solely based on independent fundamental and quantitative evaluations. Our research analysts do not hold any material proprietary positions in the recommended funds/schemes.
  • Corporate Tie-ups: We do not have any exclusive arrangements with any Asset Management Companies (AMCs) or financial institutions.

4. Grievance Redressal Mechanism

If you have any complaints or grievances regarding our advisory services, research reports, or billing:

  1. Register your complaint online through our dedicated Grievances Redressal Form.
  2. Alternatively, you can write directly to our Compliance Officer at contact@ashishresearchanalyst.com. We will acknowledge and resolve your query within 7 business days.
  3. If the grievance is not redressed to your satisfaction, you may lodge a complaint with SEBI on their SCORES portal (https://scores.gov.in).
